📝 Jan is in love with Eva from his class and is trying to show her this somehow, but nothing is working. Every attempt he makes to show her attention and get her to notice him fails. He writes her a love letter, but even then he makes a mistake…
👁‍🗨 This film stood out for its very clear dramaturgy and depiction of confusion, as well as the final twist that made us laugh and feel sympathy for the main characters. Skillfully shot and acted, the film is narratively very clear and entertaining.

YOU’RE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SEA (7′), 2025

📝 Life on an island has its charms. Fresh air, nature, everyone knows one another… But what happens when the ferries, the best friends of all islanders, let us down? In that case, some of the problems that the islanders face are incomplete medical care, a lack of banking services, missing an important exam and even a lack of healthy nutrition. Six Vis inhabitants, one worker and four foreigners meet at the ferry ticket agency. The problem is that the ferries are not running due to bad weather, and all these people have obligations that cannot be delayed.
👁‍🗨 The film which received the first award truly made us all laugh from the first to the last minute. The authors show a variety of characters who experience bad weather conditions through their selfish prism. Special praise goes to the acting talent of everyone in front of the camera, but also to the screenwriter who brilliantly portrayed the characters from the island.
