Workshop and freestyle film section – Elementary school

📝 A beautiful animated collage created at an animated film workshop.
👁‍🗨 The characters are impressively and lucidly designed and create witty twists with their adventures. Dynamic, unpredictable and refreshing, especially thanks to the playful sounds.

📝 A girl uses a boat as a metaphor for life. The motifs of a river, a train and abandoned locations, as well as the time of shooting, contribute to the atmosphere of the film. The very end of the film suggests, after a depressing start, an optimistic return to society with the help of friends.
👁‍🗨 We all have special feelings for the place where we live. However, we do not all have the gift to turn it into a poetic image. This film managed to do that, visually, atmospherically and textually, so it is a very nice experience overall. We commend the authors for taking advantage of an original children’s song and conveying the message of the passing of time and the beauty of life.
